RESTORx of Washington Honored
With 2011 Claims Award

(Wood Dale, IL, March 1, 2012) – Disaster Kleenup International (DKI), LLC, North America’s largest disaster restoration contracting organization, today announced that RESTORx of Washington, based in Auburn, Washington, was presented with a 2011 Claims Award at the annual DKI Awards Ceremony.


The Claims Award is presented to DKI Member Companies that exhibit exceptional service on claims submitted during the previous year. Selection for the Claims Award is based on four factors, including client feedback, customer feedback, DKI employee feedback and an analysis demonstrating how well the company responds to claims against specific performance standards on DKI’s DIAMOND system. This is the second time that RESTORx of Washington has won the award.

The DKI Awards Ceremony took place on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, after Insights 2012: The DKI Conference and Tradeshow concluded in Austin, Texas. Dale Sailer, president of DKI, presented the awards.

“RESTORx of Washington’s dedication to providing a high-level of service, reporting and assistance relative to the DKI claims program and their promotion of the DKI brand in the marketplace has certainly earned them this honor,” said Dale Sailer, president of DKI.

RESTORx of Washington has been providing insurance restoration services to the Washington marketplace since 1980 and has been a DKI Member since 2006.

With over 400 service locations throughout the United States, Canada and Ireland, DKI provides quality emergency and reconstruction services, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. DKI can also assist with developing an emergency response plan for a facility to ensure a business has minimal downtime if a disaster were to strike.
